You need to use the Blue Ox Tow Bar Wiring Kit item # BX8848 because your 2019 Jeep Cherokee has LED tail lights. You can not drill a hole into the back side of an LED light as it will be ruined.

  I reached out to my contact at Blue Ox who said that unfortunately the LED lights are not removable from the harnesses in the Wiring Kit # BX88267 so you would unfortunately need to replace the whole kit. Instead of replacing your whole kit I recommend just swapping out the Blue Ox lights with the Replacement LED Bulbs and Sockets # RM-152-2 from Roadmaster. This prevents you from having to run more wiring or perform further installation on your 2018 Ford F-150.
